The design direction
I plan it, you build it. You walk away with a clear direction for your home: layout, colours, materials, the feel of every room. Your design direction is yours to keep, whatever you decide next.
Love it exactly as it is? I’ll get it built for you. Want it shaped around how your family actually lives? That’s the part I love most.
I’m Teresa. One designer, from the first sketch to your front-door keys, for Sydney families who’ve been picturing this home for years and are ready to begin.
Building, renovating, or just starting to dream about it, this is the same front door.
The home from the show is ready to build, plus a narrower version of the same facade for tighter blocks. Both are right below.

Here they are: the home everyone saw, and a narrower single-garage version of the same facade for a tighter block. Both ready to build.
Love one exactly as it is? Say the word and I’ll get it built for you.
And if you’d rather make it yours? That’s the heart of what I do. We start with your block, your family, the way you actually live, and I shape the home around you. The one on screen is your starting point, not your ceiling.
Either way, it begins the same way:
The $5,000 furniture styling voucher is my gift to the first 10 families who go ahead with a package home.
Not after a package home? The same call covers renovations and design direction. No project is too small.
You’ve got the boards. Hundreds of saved photos, a folder called “one day,” a rough idea of the feeling you want.
And no idea where to actually start.
You’ve walked the display homes and left flat, because every layout felt like it was built for someone else’s family.
You’ve done the sums in your head at 11pm, wondering what happens if you spend all this money and end up with something you don’t even love. And you both already work full days. Nobody in your house has time to chase tradies and make a hundred decisions you’re not qualified to make.
A volume builder hands you a template and a spot in a queue of twenty other builds. One supervisor, stretched across all of them.
An architect gives you beautiful drawings, then a handshake and a “good luck.” From there, you’re on your own with the trades.
Then there’s me. One designer, from the first sketch to construction. I design your home around your family, then I stay on to see it built. The vision survives because the person who drew it is the person standing over the delivery.
A big builder gives you a house. I’ll design you a home that fits the way you live.
And the trades? You don’t need to trust the builder. You need to trust the person who chose the builder. I work only with builders I trust, I vet every trade, and I’m on site making sure the work is right.
Three different jobs, for three different needs. Not a good, better, best. Find the perfect option for where you are.
I plan it, you build it. You walk away with a clear direction for your home: layout, colours, materials, the feel of every room. Your design direction is yours to keep, whatever you decide next.
Your kitchen or bathroom, handled start to finish. You approve the look, I run the trades, the timeline, and the quality, so you never become a part-time site manager.
A brand-new home made entirely for you. Design, build, landscaping, keys. Me across all of it, from the first line on paper to the day you walk in.
No project is too small to start with a conversation.
Every path starts at the same door, and I’ll walk you through pricing on the call.
Tell me what you want to achieve. It’s free, and you’re not committing to anything.
The start of your home on paper. The feel, the layout, the first real sense of what’s possible.
Advice you run with, a renovation I manage, or the keys to a finished home. Your call.
We’re on the same team, the whole way through.
Modern French, Hampton, Contemporary, Traditional. Real Sydney homes for real families.
Two perspectives on the same thing: thoughtful design should make everyday life easier, lighter and more personal.
“We have lived in a home designed by Teresa for about one and a half years now and have found it to be comfortable and practical.
It is amazing how much living space she was able to incorporate on a small block of land. The floor plan is creative and takes advantage of plenty of natural light and plenty of storage options.
Teresa cleverly added interesting features such as a laundry chute, a mini kitchen in the bedroom, a walk-through shower in the ensuite and designer lighting. The balcony is huge, and we enjoy a fabulous outlook over a park.
The finishes in the home are contemporary but easy care with quality appliances.
We highly recommend Teresa as a home designer and interior designer.”
“Having worked in the property industry for over 12 years and going through the building experience on a number of occasions I can certainly say that Teresa’s designs are my favorite.
She really makes a house feel like a home as soon as you enter, from her ability to utilize and create space on smaller blocks, making particular changes to incorporate aspects such as natural light, easy flow, and bringing the outside to life through carefully placed windows and well defined indoor and outdoor areas.
The care she incorporates into every design can be felt throughout, you can really get the sense of how wonderful life would be like living in such a home as soon as you enter.”
A sophisticated family home where generous living zones, quiet private spaces and natural light all work together.
Switch between the projects to see how a different family, site and point of view can shape an entirely different home.
Natural light, practical storage and indoor-outdoor flow are held together by one calm palette.
Crisp architecture gives way to layered living spaces, private garden rooms and a wide park-facing balcony.
A calm grey-and-white palette is lifted by sculptural joinery, geometric tilework and touches of metallic colour.

I grew up watching my parents build our family home. That’s where I learnt that a home isn’t a product. It’s where your life actually happens.
I started in commercial design, but residential kept calling me back. So I managed my own custom build, start to finish, and learnt what I’m really good at: seeing the problems before they cost you, and making the whole process feel human instead of terrifying.
I don’t want to just sit in an office and design. I want to be on site, with people. With you.
If at any point you feel you’re not getting the attention, communication, or quality you were promised — tell me. I’ll make it right, personally. And if we finish the design phase and you decide not to build, your design direction is yours to keep. The work is yours.
Before anything is built, you’ll get a clear cost breakdown for every stage. If a cost changes during the build, you’ll know before it happens, with options rather than surprises. I check every invoice against what we agreed, so nothing slips through.
You don’t need a finished brief, a final budget, or every decision made before we talk.
Whatever you’re building, or just beginning to imagine, I will be there.
